- Open the KPSC website: https://www.keralapsc.gov.in/ and locate the shortlist notifications dated 29-09-2026.
- Select the notification for your Category No.: 550/2025, 830/2025 or 646/2025.
- Open the PDF and search for your register number; register numbers are in numerical order.
- For Category No. 550/2025, note whether your number appears in the Main List or under a supplementary list heading.
- Read the notes at the end of the PDF and keep a copy for reference.
Important instructions for shortlisted candidates
Shortlisted candidates must follow the procedures and documentation requirements listed in the notifications before appearing for the PET stage.
- Inclusion in the shortlist is provisional, subject to scrutiny and admission of the application on an absolute basis.
- The shortlist is based on details furnished in the application; claims made after submission will not be entertained at any stage.
- Candidates must attend the Physical Efficiency Test and Measurement in person and produce original documents.
- Candidates who fail to produce required documents within the prescribed time or whose applications are found defective will be deleted from the shortlist without further notice.
