Next steps for candidates whose names appear in the list

Selected candidates must complete specified steps on the Apprenticeship India portal so BMC can issue an online invitation and contract for apprenticeship training.

  • Visit the Apprenticeship India portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  • Under “Apprenticeship Opportunities” select BRIHANMUMBAI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
  • BMC will verify your online profile and send an online “Invitation” for apprenticeship training.
  • To accept, select “Apply” on the portal when the invitation appears.
  • After acceptance, you will receive an online “Contract”; choose “Sign” to confirm or “Reject” to decline.
  • BMC will publish training or posting details (department, ward or hospital, and dates) on its website for candidates who sign the contract.

Important instructions for candidates

The provisional list is conditional; candidates must ensure their documents and online profiles are complete before accepting any invitation or signing a contract.

  • The list is provisional and subject to verification of educational certificates and other documents.
  • Complete all required steps on the Apprenticeship India portal; BMC will check your online profile before sending invitations.
  • Once you sign the BMC apprenticeship contract, you cannot cancel it — decide carefully before signing.
  • The notice does not indicate a separate postal offer; follow the portal workflow for all communications and acceptances.
